The preparation timeline varies based on individual circumstances.

For Part A, our course is designed to be completed within 4-6 months, accompanied by a well-structured schedule. With consistent dedication of 4-6 hours daily and adherence to the provided plan, you can confidently achieve readiness within this period.

For Part B OSCE, success depends on your level of commitment. Most of our successful candidates have excelled with 4-5 months of focused and intensive preparation under our expert guidance.

For Part A, enrollment is flexible. Even if you join mid-course, you’ll receive complete access to all previous session recordings and materials, ensuring you can catch up effortlessly and stay on track.

For Part B OSCE, we prioritize your convenience. You can enroll at any time and gain lifetime access until you pass, allowing you to repeat the live course as many times as needed to perfect your preparation with us. Our MRCS OSCE course also includes recordings of all previously missed sessions and the flexibility to revisit the course as often as you like. Whether you start today or tomorrow, completing one loop of the course will mark your progress, and you can repeat it as many times as necessary.

You will have access to all class and recall recordings for Part A, as well as recordings of all classes and mock sessions for Part B.

For Part A, you will have access until your exam diet. If you want to extend up to the next diet, you will only be charged the maintenance fee of this website. If you have any outstanding or incomplete payments, you must settle them along with the maintenance fee to extend the subscription.

For Part B, you will have unlimited live access until you pass, allowing you to attend live sessions again and access recordings if you miss any, starting from the date of your enrollment. Additionally, you will receive complimentary access to a quick revision course, which will include full recordings of the immediate previous batch in advance to help you prepare on your own if your exam is approaching.

Online access to the PDF versions of books is included in the course fee and is made available upon purchasing the relevant course on the website. These files are non-downloadable and accessible for the duration of your course validity.

The best part is that with a valid course subscription, you will automatically receive updates to subsequent editions of our books at no additional cost. Please note that, hard copies of the books are not included in any of our course fees.

Absolutely! You can purchase the hard copies of Excellence for MRCS books separately without enrolling in the course.

Soft copies of the books are not for sale. Access to the soft copies is exclusively available to our course students.

Live sessions are typically conducted via Zoom application, with the meeting link and ID shared in our closed telegram group before each session. You have unlimited access to participate in all live interactive sessions throughout the duration of your course subscription.

However, you can access recorded versions anytime on our website, as long as your course subscription remains active.

Sharing your credentials is strictly prohibited and violates our policy. We deeply respect the dedication, effort, and hard work of our mentors, who strive to support candidates in every possible way to succeed.

Please note that downloading classes and study materials is not permitted.

If any malware or activity against our policy is detected, your course validity will be terminated immediately without prior notice or refund.

To ease the financial burden on our candidates, we offer an installment plan for all courses except the Simulation course. 

This policy requires 60% of the total fee to be paid at the time of enrollment, with the remaining 40% due within one month to maintain your subscription.

This installment policy isn't applicable for Simulation Hands-on course.

Regarding our refund policy, if you are not satisfied with our classes or study materials, or if you feel we are not helpful for your exam preparation, you may request a refund within 7 working days of enrollment. We respect your decision if you choose not to continue with us. However, refund requests made after this period will not be honored.

Before applying for a refund from 'Contact Us' page, please make sure that you have thoroughly reviewed the policy linked at the bottom of the page, titled 'Refund Policy'.

The Part B OSCE course and the Simulation Hands-On course are individually structured separate programs, and enrollment in one does not extend privileges or access to the other.

The Part B OSCE course prepares you for the OSCE exam with classes, mock exams, and study materials, offering a potential lifetime subscription.

The Simulation Hands-On course is a three-day offline program providing meticulous guidance focused primarily on skills and some knowledge aspects. It includes access to all necessary examination instruments, procedural kits, unlimited food, and a conducive learning environment.

These two programs are not directly linked. However, if you have a valid subscription for one course, you are eligible for a special discount on the other.

Due to privacy concerns, simultaneous logins on two devices are not permitted. You may access the account on a second device after manually logging out of the first one.

However, please note that certain services may impose limitations on concurrent logins, such as restricting the number of devices based on IP address tracking or requiring additional authentication. These measures are in place to protect user privacy and maintain account security. It is advisable to review the relevant terms and conditions to ensure compliance with our policies to all candidates and avoid any potential disruptions to your service access.
