Cancellation Policy
At Excellence For MRCS, we are committed to providing the educational support needed to excel in the MRCS exam, with a focus on transparency and fairness. We understand that unforeseen circumstances may require changes to your enrollment. This cancellation policy outlines the terms and conditions for cancellations, course rescheduling, or transfers, ensuring a balanced approach that respects both the needs of our learners and the integrity of our programs. We encourage you to review this policy carefully to fully understand your options.
1. Cancellation Window
- Cancellations made within 7 days of purchase will receive a full refund, provided no course materials have been accessed or downloaded.
- This policy is applicable to all courses offered, with the exception of the Simulation Hands-on Course. Please be advised that the booking fee for the Simulation Hands-on Course is non-refundable under any circumstances. All other online courses are subject to the terms of this policy.
2. After 7 days
- For Part A, cancellations made after 7 days but before the course start date will incur a 25% cancellation fee to cover administrative costs. No refunds will be issued once the course has started, regardless of whether the user has attended or accessed the materials.
- For Part B OSCE, refunds on cancellation will follow the terms outlined in the refund policy section.
3. Accessed Materials
Refunds for accessed materials, classes, or books are addressed in the refund policy section.
4. Missed Sessions
Refunds will not be provided for missed live sessions. However, access to recorded sessions (if included in the course package) will remain available as per the terms of the course.
5. Rescheduling and Transfers
- Requests to reschedule or transfer enrollment to a future course must be made at least 7 days prior to the course start date. Approval is subject to the absence of any outstanding payments.
- A maintenance fee is applicable for transferring the course or extending its validity. This policy does not apply to Part B OSCE, as it offers lifetime access until you pass. However, please note that this policy does not apply to Part A.
6. Exceptional Circumstances
In cases of medical emergencies or other unforeseen events, refund requests will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Proof of circumstances (e.g., medical certificate) may be required.
7. Technical Issues
Refunds on cancellation will not be provided for technical issues caused by the user’s equipment or internet connection. If technical difficulties arise on our end, we will ensure course access is restored or offer a suitable alternative.
8. Changes to Course Schedule
If the course schedule changes due to unforeseen circumstances, participants will be notified promptly and given the option to join the rescheduled sessions without any additional refund, and it will not fall under the cancellation policy.
